MRS. SADIE HARRIS, {62} of Myrtle Beach, SC passed Saturday, April 30, 2016. Home Going Services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, May 07, 2016 at Ocean View Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Ocean View Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC.


MRS. ROSABELLE GORE~WALKER, {97} of Bucksport, SC passed Wednesday, April 20, 2016. She was born on November 22, 1918 in Bucksport, SC to Viola & John Mishoe Jr. She was the sixth {6th} of fifteen {15} children. At an early age she gave her life to Christ and joined Jerusalem Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Whittemore High School but due to economic hardship was unable finish. One of her proudest accomplishment was completing high school at age fifty~one {51} and a year later becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant. In 1937, she married Oscar Gore and they later moved to Detroit, MI. She continued to serve God as a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. In 1956, she was baptized into the Burns Avenue Seventh Day Adventist Church. They returned to South Carolina after Oscar’s retirement in the early 70’s. She continued serving the Lord and held multiple positions in the Mount Olive Seventh Day Adventist Church and then the Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a benevolent figure in the community and could always be found visiting the sick and shut-in. Her home and kitchen was always open to anyone in need. In August 1984, her husband of forty~five {45} years passed to a chronic illness. She remarried in 1989 to John Henry Walker of Summerville, SC. They were happily married for thirteen {13} years until his passing. She is survived by five {5} sons and three {3} daughters, Dwayne {Carol} M. Gore of Summerville, SC, Nathaniel {Mazie} Jones of Charleston, SC, Richard {Gwendolyn} Walker, Herbert {Darlene} Walker both of Raleigh, NC, Robert {Bertha} Walker of Virginia Beach, VA, Joyce {John} Hariston of Winston –Salem, NC, Jean {Charles} Newkirk of Moncks Corner, SC and Trudy Walker of Charleston, SC. There are countless grandchildren, great~grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 2:00 PM Monday, April 25, 2016 at The Seven Day Adventist Church in Bucksport, SC. Viewing will be one {1} hour prior to Services. Arrangements are entrusted to Ocean View Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC.


MR. JESSE CAMPBELL, {56} of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away at 4:46 PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Jesse was born March 28, 1960 to the late Albert Campbell and late Bessie Mae Pugh. He was preceded in death by four{4} sisters, Flora Mae Jackson, Geraldine Barr, Edell Cooper, Othella Campbell; three {3} brothers, Albert Campbell Jr., Harold Campbell and James Campbell. “JESSE” loved to ride his bike and was such an outgoing person. He loved the word “BaBe’s”, he also loved to climb high trees and the darkness. He had no fear and would quote {23rd Psalms} “The lord is my shepard; I shall not want, Hemaketh me lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside still waters; He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name sakes; Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me, thy rod and thy staff comfort me and, I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. “JESSE” leaves to cherish his memories one {1} son, Jesse Lamont Holmes of Myrtle Beach, SC; four {4} sisters, Louise (Frank) Grissett, Lucille (Luke Mitchell)Hemingway, Celia Coleman all of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Annie Campbell of Bronx, NY; five {5} brothers, Robert (Tonya) Campbell, Mike (Wanda) Campbell, Leroy (Shirley)Campbell, William Pernell Campbell, Paul (Colleen) Campbell all of Myrtle Beach, SC and Charles Campbell of Columbia, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Ocean View Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2016.
