MR. JAMEL KASON GOFF, {32} son of the late Coy Len Goff and Edith Goff was born on April 25, 1986 in Washington, DC. He graduated from Crossland High School and afterwards enrolled at Columbia Southern University to study Information Technology. Jamel worked as a chef on Capitol Hill and technician trainer in ergonomics.

Jamel was preceded in death by his father, Coy Len Goff, and one {1} daughter, Michelle Shamelia Goff.

Jamel resided in Washington, DC with the love of his life Madeline {Lyn} Louise Palmer and three {3} beautiful daughters, Malaya Sori Goff {age 8}, Kaylen Paige Goff {age 6} and Lily Marie Goff {age 3}. They were his number one priority.

Jamel was known to his family and friends as a gentle giant and very protective of those he loved. He was generous, fun-loving, smart and a generation ahead of his time. He was genius with McGyver abilities! He was also a devoted Redskins football fan!

The memories of Jamel will forever be cherished by his siblings, Yvette Grainger of Frederick, MD, Coy L. Goff, Jr. of Washington, DC and Shamelia E. Goff of Washington, DC ; two {2} nephews, Xaiver T. Grainger and Kason M. Goff; one {1} niece, Zaila G. Griffin and a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside Service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Silver Star Cemetery #2 in the Bayboro Community. Arrangements are entrusted to Ocean View Funeral Home Conway Chapel.
