MRS ELEASE BELLAMY

MOTHER ELEASE BELLAMY {98} "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" 2 Timothy 4:7 Mother Elease Bellamy was the first of nine {9} children born to the late Mr. Walter and Mrs. Lizzie Smith-Bellamy. She departed this life on Thursday, January 04, 2018 at Conway Medical Center. She was employed and retired after thirty-seven {37} years at the Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. She became a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church at a very young age. Mother Elease was preceded in death by one son, Ulysses Bellamy and seven {7} siblings: William Johnson, Henry Walter Johnson, Lucille Robinson, Pauline Bellamy, Wilhelimenia Bellamy, Thomasena Bellamy, and Susie Johnson. She leaves to cherish her loving memories five {5} children, Johnnie Mae Bridges, Beatrice Bellamy, Louisa Bellamy, Hubert Bellamy all of Conway, SC and William Lee {Rose} Bellamy of Triangle, VA; two {2} sisters, Lillie Mae McCray and Hazel Struill; eleven {11} grandchildren, seventeen {17} great-grandchildren, ten {10} great-great-grandchildren; two {2} special friends, Idella Bessant, Louise Grise and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 6:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Ocean View Funeral Home Conway Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Ocean View Funeral Home Conway Chapel.
