MR. ISSAC “HONEYDOO” JACKSON

MR. ISSAC”HONEYDOO” JACKSON, {56} was born on March 18, 1946 to the late Henry and Mary Jackson in Conway, SC. He made his heavenly transition from this earthly life on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. “ISSAC” received his education in Horry County Public Schools. He started working at an early age and held various construction jobs in Florida and in South Carolina. He retired in 2008 after forty-nine {49} years of working construction. On March 21, 1991 he married the love of his life, Patricia Ann Jackson in West Palm Beach, FL. They shared twenty-six {26} years of marriage and was blessed with two {2} children, Britney Tanessa Jackson and Issac Anthony Jackson. Issac relocated his family to Charleston, SC where he resided until his passing. He was well known for being a hard-worker and devoted father. He was also known in the community for his philanthropic spirit and resourceful nature. He had an extraordinary giving heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. After retiring, Issac started his furniture business at Ladson Flea Market. During this time he grew to acquire many friends and business relationships. He took pride in his business and showed the utmost loyalty and compassion to his customers. Issac was a man well loved by his family and community. He leaves to cherish precious memories his beloved wife of twenty-six {26} years, Patricia Ann Jackson; his children, Poinsetta D. Jackson, Jyesa D. Gibbs, Britney T. Jackson, Issac A. Jackson; his stepchildren, Sherry N. Brown, Gerald E. Brown {Rachel}, Sharmieka L. Brown and Travier M. Brown all of West Palm Beach, FL; his siblings, Juanita Mitchell whom he loved and looked to as a mother, Henry Jackson {deceased}, James L. Jackson, Mary E. Jackson, Thomas J. Jackson of West Palm Beach, FL Anna E. Jackson {deceased}, Hebert L. Jackson, Robert L. Jackson {deceased}, Elijah Jackson, Franklin Jackson, Curtis Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM Thursday, August 03, 2017 at Ocean View Funeral Homes Rhue’s Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services will held 11:00 AM Friday, August 04, 2017 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Ocean View Funeral Homes Rhue’s Chapel in Conway, SC.
